2. ARE THERE ALLERGENS IN YOUR CONFECTIONS?
Our chocolates and candies contain as an ingredient or are made on shared equipment with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soy, milk, eggs and wheat-containing products. Individual ingredient statements will provide specifics for the item in question.
3. HOW DO I OBTAIN NUTRITIONAL AND INGREDIENTS INFORMATION?
All Sconza branded chocolates and candies are kosher. Look for the kosher symbol on the front of the package. A handful of our bulk items are not kosher. For specific information, contact us by email at sales@sconza.com.
5. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR CHOCOLATES AND CANDIES?
All Sconza branded confections have a shelf life of 12 months or more. Look for the “best by” date on every package. We make a number of bulk items with a shelf life of more or less than one year. For detailed information, contact us by email at sales@sconza.com.
6. HOW SHOULD I STORE SCONZA CONFECTIONS?
Maximum shelf life is achieved with proper storage conditions. Store in a cool dry place at 60° to 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Keep confections away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat and always seal partial packages or cases.
7. HOW DO I REQUEST A DONATION?

8. DO YOU HAVE FACTORY TOURS?
We do not offer tours at this time.
