Can I place a bulk order to resell Sconza Chocolates?

While we love sharing our Bites of Joy, our website is designed for chocolate lovers looking to treat themselves, friends, and family—not for resellers. If we spot an order that looks more like a business transaction than a sweet indulgence, we reserve the right to cancel it. Want to sell Sconza in your store? Check out our wholesale site for all your bulk chocolate needs!

Do you offer factory tours?

As much as we’d love to show you around our chocolate wonderland, we’re pretty busy crafting our creations and getting them out the door. We don’t offer tours at this time, but who knows what the future holds?

I’m a wholesale customer. How do I log in?

On our home page, navigate to and click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page, just next to the magnifying glass. This will reveal a drop-down with “Wholesale Login”. Clicking on the Wholesale Login will navigate you through the normal login process. Any additional questions on logging in? Reach us at 1-888-SCONZA (1-888-726-6921). 

What is your return policy?

At Sconza Chocolates, we take great care in crafting our confections and ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.   However, if your order arrives in unacceptable condition or has been damaged during shipping, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your product and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you. Are there allergens in your confections?

All of our products contain or are made on shared equipment with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soy, milk, eggs and wheat-containing products. Individual ingredient statements on our product pages will provide specific allergens.

Do your confections contain gluten?

How do I obtain nutritional and ingredient information?

How should I store Sconza confections?

For the ultimate chocolate experience, store your “Bites of Joy” in a cool, dry place at 60° to 70°F with 50% relative humidity. Stash them away from sunlight and heat, and always seal any partially opened packages to keep them fresh and delicious!

It looks like my favorite item isn’t available anymore. Will you be making them again soon?

With our recent move to our new packaging, we made the decision to streamline our product offerings to focus on our best-selling items. While your favorite item is not currently in production, you may find some of your old favorites under our “Sale” tab.We’re constantly innovating and launching new products, so we encourage you to keep an eye out for exciting new items that may become your new favorites!

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our packaged items have a shelf life of 12 months. Our “Bites of Joy” tend to get consumed pretty quickly, but if you’re stashing them away for a future date, look for the “Best By” date on every package.
