California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we provide the following information regarding our efforts to address the risks of human trafficking and slavery in our supply chain.
Supplier Standards
We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor practices, human rights, and workplace safety. Our suppliers are expected to operate in a manner that reflects ethical business practices.
Supplier Certification
Suppliers are expected to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with applicable laws regarding human trafficking and slavery in the countries in which they operate.
Internal Accountability
We maintain internal standards and processes designed to support responsible sourcing practices. We reserve the right to evaluate supplier relationships and take appropriate action if expectations are not met.
Continuous Improvement
We recognize that responsible sourcing is an ongoing effort. We continue to review our practices and work with partners who share our commitment to ethical business conduct.
